Here’s a tough question. If you had to pick your absolutely favourite type of food, what would it be? If there was going to only be one national cuisine left on the whole planet, what would you choose?  French, Indian, Lebanese, Italian, Thai? The list is endless, and to make it more difficult, most of us like food from lots of different countries, not just one. 

To make it even more complicated in the 21st century, there’s also fusion – taco pizzas, sushi hamburgers, deep fried mars bars and chips.
